Program Summary

In this 6-week educational series, you’ll discover effective, evidence-based strategies to strengthen your bones naturally, without relying solely on medications:

  • Trigger growth with the right activities


The classes are run live via zoom each week so you can attend from anywhere in the world. They are also recorded for those who miss them.

Establish a sustainable long-term plan for your OP journey, equipped with strategies to track progress, set balanced goals, cultivate motivation and habits, and assemble a team to help you achieve your aspirations.

Week 1:

Understanding Osteoporosis

The aim of this week is to understand the fundamentals of osteoporosis including how to understand your scores and BMD.


We will then go into the main causes of osteoporosis in men, how it’s treated and briefly summarise drug and non-drug treatment options.


The core of this week will be understanding our Stronger Bones Protocol so that you can get started on your healing journey

Week 2:

Bone Nutrition 101

Understanding the fundamental basis of bone building nutrition through macro and micronutrients is the core of this weeks lesson.


A deep dive into protein for muscle and bone growth, the importance of health fats for hormones and what role carbohydrates play within this journey.


There will be some simple delicious recipes shared and lessons to be implemented immediately.

Week 3:

Remove Obstacles

Without removing the underlying reason for poor bone density, your bone building journey will never move forward.


In this week, we will be discussing pre-existing medical conditions, hormones and gut absorption issues.


We will help you understand who you need on your A-Team of experts to help you through this journey, the questions to ask them and a checklist of tests that you can start with to identify your obstacles.

Week 4:

Triggering growth with the right exercise

Bones don’t grow spontaneously - They require a trigger for growth.


The aim of this week is to educate you on the exercises that trigger growth and allow you to identify your current physical impairments that may prevent you doing these activities.


You will then know what exercises will be suitable for you so you can get started on a basic physical activity/training program based on your abilities

Week 5:

Supplements

Vitamins and minerals play a key role in bone building and maintaining bone health - And we’re not *just* talking about calcium and Vit D here.


In this week you will learn about all things vitamins and supplementation.


You will understand why you may need to start taking supplements and in some cases, what your current supplements are doing to hinder your bone building.


This is all from evidence-based medical journals, interpreted by a medical doctor.

Week 6:

The long term plan

In our concluding session, we'll unveil transformative strategies to sustainably integrate the lessons learned throughout this program into your long-term lifestyle, emphasising the importance of balance and continuous progress.


From redefining success beyond T-scores to establishing a lifelong commitment to bone health, we'll guide you through setting realistic goals and maintaining motivation.


Additionally, we'll discuss securing comprehensive support and outline the necessity of ongoing testing to monitor your progress effectively.
